Fortune House Hotel Suites

From the moment I got to the hotel I was treated like a queen. I was on a solo trip and was heading to Central America after and the hotel reception staff were super helpful and helped with checking whether I needed a covid test. Rital and Jeanie were in particular outstanding, nothing was too much trouble. My room was divine. I was on the top floor and had the most amazing views of Miami! I was upgraded to a suite and the apartment was huge! For families i imagine it would be great as had a full kitchen, washing machine iron etc.

wonderful place, all services fully functional. as well as being in a great location for walking around brickell. security 24 hours a day. an episode: on our arrival the washing machine didn't work, being Sunday it couldn't be replaced until the following day. they offered to wash clothes for us for free with their laundry service at no extra cost. I don't know how many structures would have done it. Highly recommended

Lovely location, clean, and very modern. We were upgraded to a balcony and ocean view which was awesome! Everyone was friendly and staff was there to open doors, valet was exceptional. Easily walk to restaurants and there was a mall not too far away. We had a 2 bedroom, 2 bath suite with a full kitchen. Loved that we had cold water, could heat up leftovers and we were able to make a frozen pizza for ourselves to help control costs. The pool is small but clean and there is a walk up bar. Just know that food has to come from the restaurant attached to the hotel so there was about a 20 minute wait for that. Limited seating at the pool so if you choose a popular time you may not get a lounger. Parking is ONLY valet but they have a cool system where you request your car on a link and it informs you it's ready and waiting down at the lobby. Overall we loved this hotel for location and cleanliness. It is pricey but the area is on par with that.

My son & I found this establishment to be perfect for our needs. Booking on line was easy and our direct contact with the very helpful and friendly receptionist started remotely as we waited in line to eventually clear immigrations at the airport. Never had that before. Anyway, on arrival the same lady explained the valet parking arrangements (35$ per day) and checked us in. We had a number of questions to help orientate ourselves and she answered them all with good grace. She then topped everything by offering us a free upgrade to a suite overlooking the bay on the 26th floor. Wow!! Very many thanks!!! The suite had everything we could possibly need. Two bedrooms with large double beds. One had an en-suite bathroom with a shower in the bathtub. There was a separate dressing room with a small safe (unfortunately too small for my laptop.). There was a separate bathroom next to the other bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, oven, hob and microwave. In another cupboard we found (and used) the washing machine and tumbler dryer. In total we counted three large flat screen TVs and once having worked magic with the technical details we were able to follow a European soccer match live via my laptop and the connection to the largest TV in the main sitting room area. The free WiFi was excellent. I drank all the coffee made available including much of the extra sachets sent up to the room on the second day. I started each day with an early morning mug of coffee relaxing on the small balcony overlooking the bay. By the way, everything was spotlessly clean and all the furnishing were modern and complemented the place perfectly. All in all this was an excellent start for our three week father/son road trip along the east coast of the USA.

Great location and good value. Well equipped kitchen for those looking to spend less on meals.
